Erin Dempsey is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Pelvic Health. Originally from the Rifle/Silt area on the Western Slope, Erin’s journey in physical therapy began with a deep commitment to holistic treatment approaches. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Adams State University in Alamosa, CO, in 2015. Erin’s passion for pelvic health grew during her studies, where she recognized the profound impact this specialty can have on patients’ lives. She finds immense joy in helping patients regain confidence and return to their favorite activities with renewed vigor. The potential to enhance the daily lives of those she works with drives her excitement in this field.

Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys the diverse beauty of the Western Slope. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, and exploring the local hot springs. She also has a love for baking and Latin dance. Erin and her fiancé, who met at Adams State University in 2010, have lived in Colorado, Utah, and Indiana. They are thrilled to be settling back in the Grand Valley.

Erin has a love for football and is a dedicated Broncos fan. She values the balance between her professional responsibilities and personal passions, always seeking ways to contribute positively to her community.

Most of Erin’s family resides in Colorado, including her parents who live in Grand Junction. Erin and her fiancé look forward to becoming more involved in the community. She is enthusiastic about finding local programs related to supporting people with disabilities and advancing community knowledge of pelvic health. Erin’s personal connection to the field is also influenced by her father’s struggle with MS, which inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

For Erin, physical therapy is more than a profession—it is a way to connect deeply with people. Her goal is to understand her patients’ lives and aspirations, working collaboratively to achieve their healing goals and enhance their quality of life.
